RESEARCH
Persona
I did extensive research with employees at different levels in organisation while working at Bosch and understood the campus layout and the touch-points that are needed to be addressed.
Interviews
Talking to people in person gave me an opportunity to understand their priorities and frustrations which in turn helped me derive insights for ideation.
User Journey
Mapping user-journey helped in realising the crucial pain points that a professional goes through on a daily basis and then generating insights from their experiences.
FEATURES
After researching, I could find some common points in needs of the employees and divided the requirements into primary and secondary needs.
SOLUTION
To design a mobile application with a sole purpose of making professionals more efficient at work, eliminating the pain points due to administration tasks.
Site map
Doing a visual sight map helped in framing the solution better as the app had multiple layers and was starting to get complicated with the number of screens. It was getting harder to visualise the end result.
Task Flows
Did user-testing with some of the complex flows and incorporated the feedback in the final solution.
High - Fi
